In recent years, events have prompted a reassessment of the future of warfare. The evolution of the war in Ukraine has emphasized the importance of rapid adoption of new technology and reveals the vast amount of material rapidly consumed on the battlefield. China has studied the situation closely and has taken much into account in developing its strategies and weapons particularly with regard to Taiwan. The U.S. and European militaries are following these changes closely. These factors as well as others are shifting global military strategies quickly.
